- 1 1/3 Cup Paleo Flour or some other gluten free flour
- 1/4 Cup Collagen Powder
- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter Powder
- 4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2 Eggs room temperature
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup or honey
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- Nuts to decorate (optional)
For the Chocolate Glaze
- 1 Tbsp Pure and Organic Cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil melted
- 1 Tbsp Water
Preheat oven to 325 Degrees F
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl and then add the wet ingredients a little bit at a time and mix until a smooth dough is formed.
Put the dough in a donut pan and fill 3/4 of the way to the top to give the donuts room to grow.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
