  • 1 1/3 Cup Paleo Flour or some other gluten free flour
  • 1/4 Cup Collagen Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter Powder
  • 4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 Eggs room temperature
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup or honey
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • Nuts to decorate (optional)

For the Chocolate Glaze

  • 1 Tbsp Pure and Organic Cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 Tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 Degrees F
  • Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl and then add the wet ingredients a little bit at a time and mix until a smooth dough is formed.
  • Put the dough in a donut pan and fill 3/4 of the way to the top to give the donuts room to grow.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan.

For the chocolate glaze

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Add to the top of each donut. Add nuts if desired and serve!
