- 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Flour Cassava or Almond Flour
- 1/4 Cup Vegan White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips or Dark
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 3 Tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Carob Powder Optional
- 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds or Chia Seeds (optional)
Preheat oven to 325 Degrees F
Melt the chocolate chips in a small bowl and mix well.
Add the melted chocolate to the oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients a little at a time to the wet ingredients until everything is incorporated.
Add the batter to a prepared baking dish or cast iron skillet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
