Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Flour Cassava or Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Vegan White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips or Dark
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 3 Tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Carob Powder Optional
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds or Chia Seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 Degrees F
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Add the melted chocolate to the oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Add the dry ingredients a little at a time to the wet ingredients until everything is incorporated.
  • Add the batter to a prepared baking dish or cast iron skillet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
