For the Mango and Coconut Popsicles
- 1 Cup Mango Chunks
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 Cups Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Coconut Cream
- 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- Popsicle Mold
For the Strawberry and Beets Popsicles
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Beets Cooked and Chopped
- 3 Cups Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Honey Or Maple Syrup
- Popsicle Mold
Add some of the chopped fruit to each popsicle mold.
Make the different flavors separately, by blending all of the ingredients for the flavor you are doing in a blender until somewhat smooth.
Add to the popsicle mold, add the wooden stick, if using, and freeze overnight or for 8 hours.
Remove carefully from the mold and enjoy!
