Ingredients
  

For the Mango and Coconut Popsicles

  • 1 Cup Mango Chunks
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Cups Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup Coconut Cream
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • Popsicle Mold

For the Strawberry and Beets Popsicles

  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Beets Cooked and Chopped
  • 3 Cups Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Honey Or Maple Syrup
  • Popsicle Mold

Instructions
 

  • Add some of the chopped fruit to each popsicle mold.
  • Make the different flavors separately, by blending all of the ingredients for the flavor you are doing in a blender until somewhat smooth.
  • Add to the popsicle mold, add the wooden stick, if using, and freeze overnight or for 8 hours.
  • Remove carefully from the mold and enjoy!
