Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Oats
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  • Heat a skillet to medium heat and add a small amount of olive oil or coconut oil
  • Add 1/4 cup of batter and form a circle
  • Cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes
