2 Zucchini 1 Yellow Squash 1 Red Onion Small 2 Cups Marinara Sauce 2 Roma Tomatoes 5 Cherry Tomatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp thyme 1 tbsp basil salt to taste black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit
Add the marinara sauce to the baking dish, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Slice all of the veggies, and add to a large bowl with the olive oil, herbs and seasonings. Mix well.
Add the veggies to the baking dish, starting on the outer edge and continuing in a spiral shape. Top with the sliced cherry tomatoes.
Bake for 30 minutes and serve hot.
