Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Ground Turkey
  • 1/4 Red Onion Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Broccoli Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Squash Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Ground Ginger

For the Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 Tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Arrowroot powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

For the Teriyaki Sauce

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.

For the Teriyaki Turkey

  • Sautee the vegetables in a large pan with the olive oil for about 3 minutes.
  • Add the ground turkey and cook until done.
  • Add the teriyaki sauce and let boil for about 3-5 more minutes.
