- 1/2 bunch Fresh Cilantro Finely Chopped
- 1/2 White Onion Diced
- 1 Jalapeno Chopped (or serrano peppers)
- 1 Large Lime The Juice
- Salt to taste
Add all of the ingredients to a large or medium bowl and mix well.
If you are not using the salsa right away, add the lime juice and salt right before serving so it doesn't get watery.
