Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup organic cassava flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg room temperature
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cassava flour and salt in a large bowl
  • Combine the egg and water in another bowl and mix well
  • Combine the dry and wet ingredients and mix well until a dough is formed
  • Form 2 inch balls with the dough and then add to a tortilla press.
  • Heat on each side on a hot skillet
