- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 2 Cups Gluten-Free Paleo Flour
- 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Cup Ghee or Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 3/4 Tsp Salt
- 3/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
Preheat Oven to 350 F
Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Form 1 inch balls and flatten slightly with your hand.
Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for at least 10 minutes on a wire rack before serving.
