Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 Cups Gluten-Free Paleo Flour
  • 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Ghee or Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350 F
  • Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Form 1 inch balls and flatten slightly with your hand.
  • Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for at least 10 minutes on a wire rack before serving.
