To make this great recipe, you will need to gather the following ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Almond Flour
- 2 Cups of Paleo Baking Flour (gluten and grain free)
- 1/2 Cup of Ghee or Coconut Oil (if you use coconut oil, there may be a slight coconut flavor, which a lot of people like)
- 3/4 Cup of Baking Sodium (this helps to make soft cookies with a more chewy texture)
- 3/4 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 Tsp of Salt
- 1/2 Cup of Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp of ground Nutmeg (optional)
To make the cookie dough, mix all of the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until the dough is formed. Now, form little balls with the dough of approximately 1 inch. For this part, you can use a cookie scoop or measuring spoon to get uniform sizes.
Next, flatten each ball slightly with the palm of your hand and put them on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and after a couple of minutes put on a wire rack and let cool for approximately 10 minutes before serving.

- 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 F
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
