For the Savory Sweet Potato Fries
- 1 Sweet Potato Peeled and cut into strips or circles
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp dry oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
For the Sweet version
- 1 Sweet Potato Peeled and cut into strips or circles
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit
Add the sliced sweet potatoes to a bowl. If you are making both version, divide them into separate bowls to make the sweet and savory version.
Add the seasonings to the bowl with the fries along with the coconut oil and mix well.
Place in a single layer on a prepare baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
