Ingredients
  

For the Savory Sweet Potato Fries

  • 1 Sweet Potato Peeled and cut into strips or circles
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

For the Sweet version

  • 1 Sweet Potato Peeled and cut into strips or circles
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coconut sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit
  • Add the sliced sweet potatoes to a bowl. If you are making both version, divide them into separate bowls to make the sweet and savory version.
  • Add the seasonings to the bowl with the fries along with the coconut oil and mix well.
  • Place in a single layer on a prepare baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot.
